From the first form to final filing, Christell works closely with our team and our clients to ensure every incorporation runs smoothly. Since joining Polished Legal in early 2024, Christell has specialized in guiding clients through the formation process of their Professional Corporations (PCs). She drafts and files Articles of Incorporation, coordinates with regulatory agencies, and ensures that clients understand what’s happening at every stage.

Her prior experience supporting corporate start-ups and litigators has given her a unique understanding of both the details and the big picture. Clients trust Christell not just for her accuracy and efficiency, but for her clear communication and supportive approach. Behind every well-built corporation is a sharp eye for detail—and around here, that’s Christell. 

Outside of work, Christell is a road trip enthusiast, a reader of Japanese self-help books, and a student of Zen simplicity. She believes in living with intention and brings that same philosophy to her work. Her favorite quote captures her approach perfectly: “The purpose of life is a life of purpose.”
