Jennifer is the steady hand and friendly voice behind the scenes at Polished Legal. As our Client Service Director, she keeps both our team and our clients moving forward—smoothly, efficiently, and with care. For more than four years, she’s played a key role in helping practice owners get organized, stay informed, and feel supported through every phase of their journey. Whether it’s managing the day-to-day flow or jumping in to answer a client’s question, Jennifer brings sharp attention to detail and genuine warmth to everything she does.

Jennifer joined Polished Legal in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience in high-level administrative and executive support—and a passion for making a meaningful difference. She found her place within a close-knit team united by a shared dedication to service, excellence, and empowering clients.

At Polished Legal, Jennifer supports our attorneys by managing internal systems and client workflows, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She’s often the first point of contact when someone reaches out, and she makes every client feel like they have a guide from day one.

Outside the office, Jennifer is a proud mom of three. When she’s not keeping our team organized and on point, you’ll likely find her in the garden, by the pool, or enjoying brunch with her family. A fan of Lin-Manuel Miranda and an advocate of sunny-side thinking, she lives by a favorite quote from Walt Whitman: ‘Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and the shadows will fall behind you.’
