With over 15 years of experience guiding clients through ownership milestones, Levi is more than a legal technician—he’s a strategist, listener, and advocate who knows how to turn complexity into smart action.

Since launching Polished Legal in 2010, Levi Barlavi has focused his practice exclusively on healthcare business law—representing dentists and doctors in purchases, sales, partnerships, and everything in between. He’s personally led more than 1,000 transactions and is known for his ability to make smart deals happen without unnecessary stress or confusion.
Levi possesses a rare combination of legal insight and emotional intelligence. He knows how to navigate tough negotiations and high-pressure decisions—and how to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Clients appreciate his responsiveness, strategic instincts, and calm, grounded presence.
Outside of work, Levi is a husband and dad to three young boys who keep him grounded and inspired. He’s a lifelong learner, a philosophy nerd (with a soft spot for the Stoics), and a fan of good music (Radiohead will always have a spot at the top of his playlist), good conversation, and a well-aged whiskey.
